Three National HairAmerica educators - A member of the NC State Hair Fashion Committee - Licensed in Cosmetology, Cosmetology instructor, Barber, Esthetician, Massages - NC State Cosmetology License Examiner.

From; Paige Howard, a stylist at The Hair Affair, who won the Employee Contest for highest sales. To The knowledge and experience of owners Dianne, Melinda and Mike are complemented by a specially trained, motivated design force.

Their numerous awards include over one hundred hair styling trophies - the latest, 1st place out of 80 competitors in a national bridal styling competition! Dianne, Melinda and Mike have all been awarded "Educator of The Year" for North Carolina and have been inducted into the NC Cosmetology Hall of Fame.

Melinda and Dianne have served on NCA's National Design Teams and have worked as educators for NCA, Clairol, Zotos, B&H and local and state continuing education programs. Dianne has been quoted in an article on hair color in Vogue magazine.

The Hair Affair was also the subject of a spotlight article in American Salon, the official publication of the National Cosmetology Association. In the article, The Hair Affair's hallmarks were "Cleanliness, service and education".

The article went on to say that "There is never a want for new ideas at The Hair Affair". The staff at The Hair Affair continues to strive to maintain these hallmarks and to be innovative in what they do.
